• Report and Request Data: When you submit reports or service requests, we collect: report/request type, description (up to 500 characters), area, district, GPS coordinates (latitude/longitude), GPS name, post code, region, and street name. We also collect associated images or videos.
• Security Credentials: OTP verification codes and timestamps for phone verification.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies:

Tydizen uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your app experience, understand usage patterns, and improve our services. You have the option to control cookies preferences through your device settings.

Location Data Collection:

Our mobile app requests location permission to collect GPS coordinates when you submit reports or service requests. The app requests ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION on Android, and NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription on iOS. Location data is collected solely to associate reports/requests with their geographic location and is not used for tracking or marketing purposes.

Camera and Media Collection:

Our mobile app requests camera access to take photos for report/submission purposes, and photo library access to update your profile image. The app requests CAMERA permission on Android, and NSCameraUsageDescription and NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription on iOS. Media collected is used only for the specific report or profile update for which it was submitted.

Third-Party Services:

Tydizen may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. We recommend reviewing their policies before engaging with them.

Analytics and Log Data:

We may collect non-personal information, such as app usage data and crash reports, to analyze and improve the app's performance. This data is anonymized and cannot be linked to individual users. We use this data to understand feature usage, identify bugs, and improve overall app stability.

Data Retention:

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account information (such as your name, email address, phone number, and address) is retained for the duration of your account with Tydizen. Reports, service requests, and related content you submit are retained while your account is active so that we can process and track them. When your account is deleted, or when the data is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy, we delete or anonymize your personal information within thirty (30) days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records for a longer period.

Data Deletion:

You may request the deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. You can delete your account yourself by visiting our Account Deletion page and authenticating with your phone number and password. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all relating data, including your reports and service requests. Alternatively, you may submit a deletion request by emailing us at info.tydizen@gmail.com, and we will process your request within thirty (30) days.

Children's Privacy:

Tydizen is not intended for use by children under 10 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have unintentionally collected information from a child, please contact us to remove it.
